Y’all saved the day for us today! We had originally placed a flower order more than 24 hours in advance and they cancelled our order an hour before it was supposed to be delivered. It was a horrible experience. I asked a coworker for a florist recommendation and they gave me your name. I placed the order online and within ten minutes received a call about my order informing me that same day delivery is cut off at 2PM. I explained that they website told me I could order within ten minutes and get it delivered same day (this was a glitch with the website for any future customers reading this) Nancy went above and beyond to make sure I got my flowers that same day. They were delivered within an hour of me placing the order, even though I accidentally placed it outside of the same day window. They did not have to do this and still did. I won’t share the other company that screwed us over and out of two hundred dollars (for a bouquet that wasn’t even close to as beautiful as the one we received) but y’all saved the day for us today. I have no desire to use any other florist again!
